After spending over 15 years in Financial Services — across IT, Communications and Programme Management — I discovered a deep passion for psychology and counselling. That breadth of life experience now enriches everything I bring to my therapeutic work.

I am trained in person-centred and psychodynamic counselling approaches. I place great value on building genuine, trusting relationships with my clients, working collaboratively to explore your unique life experiences and the thoughts and feelings connected to them.

I offer both short-term and longer-term counselling — whatever feels right for you. Whilst I work with adults (18+), I have particular experience with students and young adults navigating a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in the world.

Outside of my practice, I love spending time on the East Lothian beaches walking my dogs — and I also find myself acting as an unpaid stable hand to my husband and daughter, who both enjoy horse riding (I don't!).
